Goals
This is the bit where I rather publicly state my running goals, which I then use over a period of months to thrash my body into something approaching a condition adequate for achieving them.
For the first half of 2011:-
33:59 10km.
1:16:59 half marathon.
Complete healing from stress fracture followed by very gradually pushing the volume envelope.
In the longer term, 80% WAVA rating in at least one distance.
