Seymour Valley Trailway

24 July, 2011

This is a beautiful rolling stretch to run on, extending 10km from the LSCR car park out to Seymour Lake with some lovely non-technical and well-maintained trails after the tarmac runs out at the end. I missed the cool slot in the morning, so ended up doing this in the early evening. Now that summer’s here, the city’s putting a stink on, and it was great to get some of that mountain(ish) air.

I’m aiming to do at least half-a-dozen two-hour runs before the Victoria race.

Afterward, I pigged out with the closing bargain tasties at Chinatown Nightmarket!

Yesterday: 45mins easy.

Today: 2hours/24km relaxed pace.
