I’m in that curious situation of hurting on my days off, and feeling good/strong during sessions. I believe this is a good sign, that I’m striking a balance. Yesterday wasn’t really a session, but I was a little sore today — until I started running, of course.

70s, 2:35, 4:01, 5:20, 3:59, 2:32, 66s.

Today: 12km.
