New Season

Somehow, for me this week starts the beginning of a new season of training. Feeling strong, uninjured, and I’ve recovered/restored from last season.

There was nobody really to keep me honest today at the track, but I managed to pick it up towards the end. 3x2km (7:07, 6:57, 6:47) w/full (5mins) recoveries. According to McMillan my lower limit should be 6:54, but perhaps I’m not quite back to the condition I was in in Victoria. It felt great, anyway!

Tuesday: 13km.

Yesterday: 13km.

Today: 10km.
