It feels good to be training again. Next stop Victoria.

800-200-300-400 (2:40, 34, 59, 76) (with 100m recoveries between), full recovery, then 300-200-800 (51, 32, 2:34). My recoveries were equal in length, but more varied in time, hence the all-over-the-map pacing.

Yesterday: 10km.
Today: 6km.
