Pyramid: 4-8-10-8-4

This can’t really be called speedwork, but for now it’s the best medicine I can give my legs which have been feeling a little creaky and stiff all week. Except for the last 400m (70s), I aimed with every repeat for the ~6 min/mile pace. It’s not easy to sit back at this pace, but I’d more or less dialled it in by the 2nd 800m. Full, static recoveries.

Yesterday: 10k
Today: ~6k.
